About Gakuva

Open learning OS for families

What Gakuva is

Gakuva is an open learning operating system for families. The curriculum map and daily lessons stay free for everyone—whether you homeschool, self-teach, or track learning independently. Family is the evidence archive and proof PDF for those who need records.

Who builds it

Built by Elvis Ibarra, a parent in Texas. My daughter Calista is the reason Gakuva exists.

Curriculum source

Gakuva's open curriculum map is the Marble Skill Taxonomy—1,590 topics and 3,221 prerequisite links. Gakuva owns the daily homeschool workflow, lesson generation, and evidence recording. The curriculum graph itself is authored by Marble.
